The Kishwaukee YMCA Indoor Triathlon consists of a 10 minute swim in the Y’s indoor lap pool, 20 minutes on their stationary cycling bikes and a 15 minute run on one of the treadmills. The Y’s Indoor Triathlon is an opportunity to experience a unique challenge and accomplish an incredible goal. Compete as an individual or as a team and test your limits!
The Indoor Triathlon is open to participants 9 years old and up. Sign up online at the link below or a the YMCA Front Desk. Kid Zone will be available between the hours of 9am and 12:15pm for parents looking for a place for their kids to spend time while they compete! Individual Fee: $30 (includes 1 t-shirt) Team Fee: $40 (includes 1 t-shirt per team member) Ages 9 and up.
