The polls are open and your household budget needs you to vote today if you haven’t already. Here’s hoping we can reverse the trend since the 21st century began for voter turnout in consolidated elections. The more local the contests the more impact on your wallet.
2003 | 2007 | 2011 | |
1st Ward | 229 | 169 | 179 |
3rd Ward | 1159 | 862 | 494 |
5th Ward | 994 | 738 | 663 |
7th Ward | 110 | 61 | 48 |
Total Ballots Cast | 2492 | 1830 | 1384 |
No scientific study but the circumstances of the economy, especially local, coincide with voter turnout. The lower the turnout the poorer the economy.
Let’s reverse the trend.
Vote for a better economy!

Is there somewhere to find candidate info so I can make an informed decision on who to vote for?
