Cortland’s 3rd Annual Summer Fest will be a two-day event in 2011. Friday, August 12, 7pm to 12:0am and Saturday, August 13, 1pm to 12:00 am. Join them on Friday beginning at 8pm when the Back Country Roads band will play until 11pm.
Live music, food and treats, and a beer garden will be featured on both days. Admission to the beverage garden is only $5.00 (per day) for 21 and over! Under 21 is free. Food vendors include Dough Brother’s Pizzeria, Sycamore Country Store & Catering, Taco Real, and Culver’s.
Check out the Cruzin Wheels Car Show on Saturday from 12 to 4pm. The Cruzin Wheels Drive-In Car Show is one where anyone can bring in their car, it is free to register and those who do register get to vote on the top three. Trophies will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Cortland Summer Fest is brought to you by the Cortland Festival & Parade Committee and its host of volunteers. Cortland Community Park is located at 70 S. Llanos St in Cortland, IL.
Saturday on the Stage at Cortland Summer Fest:
Wired will play from 1 to 3pm
Jack High Straight will play from 3:30 to 5:30pm
Back Alley Phrophets will play from 6 to 8pm
Vinyl Roxx will play from 8:30 to 11:30pm

Which night are the fireworks?

Hi Jaqueline, I was all ready to tell you that there wasn’t any fireworks and did some research and found out they HAVE added fireworks. They will be tonite (Friday) and will begin at approximately 9:15 p.m. See ya there!
