The City of DeKalb has discussed several options as additional revenue sources for the dedication of Capital Asset planning and the improvement and health of the General Fund. These proposals brought a response from the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce members with questions and concerns about these options.
Because of those questions, the Chamber has scheduled an opportunity for members to learn directly from City Manager Anne Marie Gaura, Finance Director Cathy Haley and Interim Public Works Director John Laskowski. An explanation of the proposals will be presented along with a question and answer portion to allow business owners to get direct questions answered.
