Specializing in Investment Properties with a clear understanding of the local market. He is past president and ongoing member of DARA, and recently achieved his CAM License. Resident Manager, Ryan Barton, holds a masters in accounting from NIU, and has been with us for nearly 10 years. Leasing Agent, Derek Jontz, holds a degree from NIU. His attention to customer service is superb. Robert Mylin our Maintenance Manager has been with us for 18 years. Broker, Cindy Heinrich, has years of property management experience and great communication skills.
