Ann Sanders of Genoa was the winner of the Hampshire Park District’s drawing to win a playhouse schoolhouse constructed and donated by Resource Bank, N.A. In support of the Hampshire Park District’s efforts to build a new playground in Seyller Park, Resource Bank donated the playhouse schoolhouse that was used in the local area parades during 2015. Over $1,000 was raised during the drawing, with all proceeds benefiting the Park District.
The drawing was held at the Park District’s annual Draw Down on April 9. Randy Stevenson of Embassy Construction in Hampshire donated his time and fork-lift to help deliver the schoolhouse to Ms. Sanders.
