Join the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce for a great networking opportunity at the DeKalb Taylor Municipal Airport (DTMA) tonight, Tuesday, September 13th, from 5-7pm. The airport furnishes a number of resources to the community. On hand to explain their aviation business are companies that offer air charter passenger and air freight services include Travel Express Aviation, and Northwest Flyers Air Charter (represented by FunMeEvents). Business and general aviation aircraft sales, rentals, flight school and maintenance will include representatives from Fly America, Aerodrome Mechanics, WIN Aviation, Midwest Hanger, Eagle’s Nest, and NIU Group. Catering provided by HyVee.
DTMA has been an instrumental regional airport, including recent aircraft visits by executives from Frontier Communications, Hy-Vee, Next Era Energy, and a number of others. DTMA serves as the base for aviation training through courses available from Kishwaukee Education Consortium and Kishwaukee College. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to see what the airport provides, examine a variety of business and general aviation aircraft, and meet with the representatives that offer extensive aviation services to the DeKalb County region. The cold war era MIG 21 will also be on display! The After Hours will be held in the Main FBO building at 3232 Pleasant Street. Click here to visit the Airport’s website.
