(DeKalb) – Covering your bags and lanyards with pins is always fun, especially when you get to show off your own skills. Get ready to ‘wow’ people with pins you designed yourself at the DeKalb Public Library on Thursday, January 22!
We’ll be using Lightburn software to design pins of wood or acrylic. For beginners, this program will be a chance to learn some of Lightburn’s basic features and explore just what you can do with a laser cutter. For those with previous experience, you’ll have access to the library’s experts on the software and our machinery.
Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. This program is open to teen and adults. It will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the library’s 309 Creative makerspace.
