Birth to Five Illinois – Region 16/DeKalb County

Birth to Five Illinois: Region 16 is one of 39 Birth to Five Illinois Regions across Illinois. We are a department of the non-profit Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (INCCRRA). Region 16 consists of DeKalb County. We work in partnership with the DeKalb County Collaborative of Young Children to engage families, early childhood education and care (ECEC) professionals, and communities to address the needs of the ECEC system. We are a part of a statewide regional infrastructure to communicate regional ECEC needs to state decision-makers.
