Somonauk Road will be closing beginning today, Monday, May 21, 2018 announced by  The DeKalb County Engineer’s office; Somonauk Road is located .25 miles south of US Route 30 in Hinckley. Work and closure will continue until August 31, 2018. A replacement of the bridge over Little Rock Creek and roadway will be the focus of the project. Civil Constructors, Inc. from Freeport, Illinois will be the Contractor for this $993,826.37 project.

Looks like according to the map, the part closed is just south of RT.30 in Hinckley

Link doesn’t say exactly what part will be closed…just says the bridge over Little Rock Creek will be the focus of the project.
