The Sycamore Fire Dept. in cooperation with the Sycamore Police Dept. and Sycamore High School will have a demonstration on Thursday May 11th from 0830 – 0930 hours at the Sycamore High School. This demonstration is to bring attention to our youth’s decision making during Prom and post Prom activities.A staged car accident using mock victims will portray a very realistic scene, bringing awareness to the danger of driving under the influence.

When I was in driver’s ed (many years ago) they showed us film of wreckage from a drunk driving accident….with blood still on the road & in the car….made a big impact, let me tell you!
