Due to the recent announcements, of withdrawal by Candidates running for office in the April 4th Consolidated Election; I would like to let the Voters of DeKalb County know…
- Candidates announcing that they are withdrawing from the Election are still on the Ballot and will remain on the Ballot.
- Votes cast for a Candidate that has filed a written withdrawal with the Election Authority will NOT be counted.
- Votes cast for a Candidate that has not filed a written withdrawal with the Election Authority WILL be counted.
