The DeKalb Park District will be hosting the 2nd Annual Howl-o-ween Dog Costume Contest this Saturday, October 29th at Katz Park Dog Park from 10:30-11:30am. Dog owners are encouraged to bring their dogs in costume out to the dog park for a humor-filled costume contest. The Park District asks that people refrain from bringing aggressive dogs to the dog park.
The event is free to attend and will have prizes and giveaways provided by local sponsors.
The contest will have five categories…
• Most Spook-tacular
• “Howling” with Laughter
• Presidential Pooches
• Most “Fly” Superhero
• Best Owner/Pet Costume Combo.
