New for 2016 the DeKalb County Clerk & Recorder will have Registration Centers set up on March 15th , Election Day, 6:00a.m. To 7:00p.m., at NIU Holmes Student center (Blackhawk annex), DeKalb Township Building (2323 S. Fourth St. DeKalb, IL.) and Sycamore (Administration building, lower level, 110 E. Sycamore St.).
The registration centers are for any DeKalb County resident needing to register to Vote, change their address or change their name. People will need two forms of I.D., one containing their current DeKalb County address.
Once registered at the Center, Voters will be required to vote at the Center at the time of registration.
