This Saturday it will be four years since friends and families tragically and unexpectedly lost Tim Getzelman and Lexi Weber February 21, 2011. In the spirit of their giving nature and devotion to the community, on this February 21st, they are asking that everyone please smile and pay it forward by performing two Random Acts of Kindness in their memory.
Even though their lives were taken too soon many would like to continue to honor them. The group has provided printables that are located here for you to hand out when you perform your R.A.K. Please also share your moment of kindness on the group’s Facebook page so we all can smile!
Gosh, I remember this beautiful young woman. She was a student in the College of Education and I remember talking to her several times about her placements for practicums and student teaching. She was so pleasant and mature each time I met with her. Such a terrible loss of life. She was destain to be a super great teacher.
