The Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra will present its annual free concert of music with a Halloween theme appropriate for children and adults. The concert will be held tonight, Wednesday October 29th, 2013, in the Boutell Memorial Music Hall, 300 Lucinda Ave in DeKalb, IL. There will be a 5:30pm concert which will be repeated at 7:30, and there will be trick-or-treating in the building a half hour before the 5:30 concert so come dressed in costume!
