This performance will be directed by Gloria Dennison. The cast consists of Maria Boynton, Leigh Foulk, Marykim Hubbard, Dorcas Keating, Roberta Maxfield, Angela Schiola-Niemeyer, Monique Smith, Wendy Tritt, and Mandy Wescott.
Called “Probably the most important piece of political theater of the past decade” in 2006, The Vagina Monologues features a series of monologues that touch on the feminine experience, ranging from body image to rape to birth to sex work. This play has been performed worldwide with actresses such as Meryl Streep, Jane Fonda, Viola Davis, Glenn Close, and Rita Moreno.
