WE’RE ON FIRE !!!
We wanted to make you aware that on Thursday November 13, the park district will be conducting a “controlled burn” on the Larry Stezco Natural area in Leon Larson Park. Weather permitting, it should be done tomorrow. Neighbors close to the park received a letter from the Contractor who does the controlled burn–ENCAP–and the fire and police departments, as well as the media, have been notified.
