The Valley West Hospital Auxiliary honored former hospital employee, Jana Kingston, 21-year veteran, by awarding a special one-time $2,000 scholarship to a hospital employee who is studying to further her education in the healthcare field. The recipient, Jaclyn Zielke, has worked in the healthcare field for 20 years and for KishHealth System, now part of Northwestern Medicine, since 2006. She currently is an obstetrical technician (OBT) in the Maternity Suites department at Valley West Hospital and will be pursuing a degree in Surgical Nursing at Waubonsee Community College.
