Sycamore’s Splashpad Schematics Approved

At it’s December meeting, the Sycamore Park District Board of Commissioners approved the design for Sycamore’s new splashpad. Over the past year, the Volunteer Splashpad Advisory Committee has met with the recreation campus landscape architects, visited splashpads and discussed the aesthetics and function of Sycamore’s first splashpad. The design they recommended to the Board (and that was chosen) comes from the company Vortex and is one of five concept designs submitted to the District.
