Emergency Preparedness for Families: Virtual Education plus In-Person Emergency Kit Pickup. Participate in a free Emergency Preparedness presentation provided by Melissa Edwards of DeKalb County Health Department for National Preparedness month (September). 25 families who join the Zoom event will be able to pick up their own Emergency Preparedness kit at the library during open hours after the event. 1 kit per family.

This program dives into slightly more complex topics like tune-ups, transmission fluid, cleaning your car to protect your investment amongst others.
