Many of the Park District’s baseball/softball diamonds are flooded as well. Therefore, parents should check with their child’s respective Parent Sport Organization for details as to cancellations/re-schedules:
* Sycamore Youth Baseball
* Sycamore Girls Softball
* AYSO
* Church League Softball
* Adult Pumpkin Ball League
DO NOT CALL THE PARK DISTRICT FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE ABOVE PROGRAMS/LEAGUES.

Editor’s Note: Based on the picture below, posted to Facebook, we guess that at least parts of River Heights Golf Course in DeKalb is also closed.

It happens that is is just a challenging water trap! They keep changing the course just to keep us duffers on our toes!
Chicago Golf and Tiki Tees is open and very playable.
sycamore park has always been a low lying area that floods for over 20 yrs
Quite a water trap, not sure why it is closed, just more of a challenge! They could issue floaties with each golf cart!
