The Sycamore Chamber is looking for an Events & Marketing Assistant. Full time salaried position with the Chamber. The Events and Marketing Assistant’s chief responsibility is to assist in the execution of Chamber and Discover events that benefit the membership as well as tourism development for the Sycamore area as a whole. This includes researching, developing, designing, funding, promoting, executing, evaluating, expanding, managing, and working all events.
Also hiring an Executive Assistant. Full time salaried. Enhances executive’s and office effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others. Also performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities also include screening calls and walk ins; handling requests and queries appropriately, managing calendars; meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff and volunteers; and customer relations.
