Sycamore’s 12th Annual Block Party is this Saturday, September 15th from 3-11pm. Bring out the whole family for a night of entertainment. There will be great fun for families with kid’s activities, inflatables, games, prizes and more. Local businesses will host a fun fair with a variety of game booths and giveaways. Stop by the magician’s tent and receive a free balloon animal of your choice. Adults will enjoy the DJ, food from local vendors, a beer garden and free live concert from local favorite Shuvlhed starting at 8pm.
Huckleberry’s Pet Parlor will present Bow Wow Luau at their Bark on the Block starting at 4pm. Dress your dogs up in grass skirts, coconut bras, bikinis, hats any kind of beach gear for the Luau Parade! They will parade around the parking lot for all to enjoy. They’ll have a Hula Hoop contest – Can your dog jump thru a hula hoop? Participate in the Limbo contest – How low can your dog go? They’ll have a Shell Game – Will your dog be able to find the treat located under one of three coconut shells? And they will top it all of with Mutt-aritas -its 5 o’clock somewhere!
