For the first time in 37 yrs and with concern for our dance families and patrons we are
Postponing the Swan Lake/Wizard of Oz performances.
Under the direction of Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, all gatherings in Illinois larger than 250 are highly recommended to suspend until further notice in support of the health and well-being of the theatregoing public, as well as those who work in the theatre industry.
The Egyptian Theatre and Beth Fowler School of Dance will continue to closely monitor the evolving coronavirus situation on behalf of the local community and make decisions as circumstances require, in accordance with guidelines from the CDC and state and local health officials.
Specific details for current ticket holders will be communicated via email directly in order to provide the most up to date information pertinent to each event.
Notice for ticket holders for the Beth Fowler Dance Company production of Swan Lake & Wizard of Oz taking place at the Egyptian Theatre in DeKalb, IL March 13-15:
>All four performances are being postponed at this point.
>At this time it is the intention to reschedule this production as soon as scheduling allows. When a new date is determined it will be announced publicly and all ticket holders will be notified via email.
>All tickets for the performances originally scheduled for March 13-15 will be honored when a new date is set.
>When a new date is announced, if a ticket holder is not able to attend the rescheduled performances, a refund will be provided at that time.
