The Egyptian Theatre and ProSound Productions present ’80s Rockers: Survivor and John Waite on Friday, May 17th at 7:30 PM at the Egyptian Theatre in downtown DeKalb. The band Survivor rocked arenas in the 1980s, hitting #1 with its double-platinum song “Eye of the Tiger,” the theme from Rocky III in 1982! John Waite hit #1 on the Billboard charts with 1984’s “Missing You” as a solo artist and topped the charts again with “When I See You Smile” as the lead vocalist for the super group Bad English!
