Give DeKalb County is a 24-hour fundraising event designed to build community, encourage philanthropy, connect donors to nonprofits, promote collaboration, and raise awareness about the nonprofit sector. Donors of all ages are encouraged to express their generosity on May 2, 2019, from Midnight until 11:59 p.m.
A bonus pool of funds raised from Community Partners ensures that every donation makes an even greater impact! Donating through Give DeKalb County is your opportunity to leverage additional funds in support of nonprofits located in or serving DeKalb County, IL!
Give DeKalb County is coordinated by the DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership, a program of the DeKalb County Community Foundation. Over $1.8 Million has been raised during the first five Give DeKalb County fundraising days, with $614,555 collected in 2018.
Donations can either be made online at www.givedekalbcounty.org with credit or debit card (minimum $5 donation) anytime on May 2, 2019 or with cash or check in person at the DeKalb County Community Foundation building (475 DeKalb Avenue, Sycamore) between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on May 2.
