Road Closure at Lincoln Hwy and 4th Street Monday

On Monday, April 10, 2017, the Illinois Department of Transportation is closing the intersection of West Lincoln Highway (Route 38) and 4th Street (IL 23) for railroad track repairs. Union Pacific Railroad expects the repairs to last no more than four days. The City recommends using caution while traveling detours. Expect delays during morning and afternoon rush hours.
