SYCAMORE, IL – (BUSINESS) – September 2019 – On the football field, in front of a crowd of over 500 hundred fans, Scott Schulz was presented a giant check from Resource Bank in the amount of $10,000 for winning the Kick-Off for Kash at the Sycamore Varsity Football game. Schulz won Resource Bank’s Kick-Off-for-Kash on Friday, August 30, when he purchased a one-dollar ticket, and Sycamore’s Gavin Crofoot returned the opening kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown.
Resource Bank has been sponsoring the Kick-Off For Kash program since 2007 as a way to support local high school programs. Each school offers tickets for purchase at their home games, and the winning ticket is drawn that night. The raffle ticket winner is announced before the kick-off. If that person is present and the home team returns the half-opening receiving kick for a touchdown, that person wins the grand prize.
There is still time to attend a home football game for your chance to win $10,000! The program is offered at the high schools of DeKalb, Sycamore, Genoa-Kingston, Hiawatha, and Hampshire. For more information, contact Resource Bank at 815-756-6321.
