Les Bellah and Dave Guzzardo at Pickin’ in the Park
Kirkland’s Pickin’ in the Park is this Wednesday, August 15th from 6:30 till 10pm. Held at Franklin Township Park in Kirkland, the well attended Pickin’ in the Park is organized every year by Kirkland’s mayor, Les Bellah. Bring a chair or a blanket and join them for a great evening of fun and music in Kirkland!
Featuring: The Patchwork Volunteer Band, Dave Guzzardo, Jim Pasko, Larry Wallace, Jeff Dover & Les Bellah along with: Basically Bluegrass (John, Jake and Harold Thorn, Keith Snyder and Ben Dewey), Killbuck Country Grass (Roger Hoffman, Bill Justice, DK Kolars, Ron & Larry Wallace), Brad Wallace, Bobby Abresch and some surprise guests!
Food donated by Inbodens in DeKalb: Burger, Chips and Pop for $3. All proceeds benefit the Joe McGuan Scholarship Fund. Franklin Township Park is located at 250 W. South St. in Kirkland. Click here to see flyer.
