Paid Volunteer Childcare Position Open

Parents Care + Share is a program through Children’s Home + Aid that provides support groups for parents and caregivers.  These support groups give parents and caregivers an opportunity to learn new skills, engage in meaningful conversation, and expand their support networks all in an effort to prevent child abuse and neglect.  An important part of these support groups is CHILDCARE.  By providing childcare, parents and caregivers are able to fully engage in a group that is beneficial for themselves and their families.

We are seeking experienced childcare for our groups.  We are looking for volunteers who are able to build relationships with the children and provide open communication with parents and group facilitators.  Volunteers are paid $20 per childcare session.  This is a great way to volunteer your time and an easy way to make some extra money!  To get started contact Darci Thompson to schedule an interview.
