When it comes to property value, curb appeal isn’t just cosmetic – it can add real dollars to a home’s worth. From pastel facades in Charleston to palm-framed avenues in Florida, some streets have mastered the art of first impressions. New Jersey Real Estate Network, a home‑listing platform, surveyed 3,036 real estate agents to discover which U.S. streets are considered the most desirable for their “curb appeal”. Whether that’s immaculate landscaping, seasonal decorations, or simply picture-perfect upkeep.

“Curb appeal is often underestimated, but it’s one of the first things buyers and visitors notice,” says a spokesperson of New Jersey Real Estate Network. “What we see in this list is that beauty doesn’t always come from grandeur – it comes from harmony, history, and care. From leafy small-town lanes to historic enclaves in major cities, these streets show that character and upkeep can truly shape how desirable a neighborhood feels.”
