Two hour-long information sessions for candidates interested in enrolling in IVCC’s nursing program are scheduled in January and February 2026.
“We will discuss the entire process of admission into the nursing program, including requirements for admission, pre-requisites, and more,” said Sue Smith, director of nursing. “These sessions are essential in the planning process for application to IVCC’s program.”
A virtual session begins at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026. An in-person session begins at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, on the main campus. Register for either session or learn more about program admissions requirements at this link: https://www.ivcc.edu/admissions/nursingadmissions.php. Once registered, you will receive more information as the session nears.
To be considered for Fall 2026 admission to the nursing program, students must apply by March 1, 2026, using the 2026 Nursing, Dental and Medical Assisting application at www.ivcc.edu/apply. Since admission into the program is competitive, students are encouraged to attend an information session and to meet regularly with a counselor.
