Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital is accepting applications for its Teen Age Group Service (TAGS). The TAGS program provides teens volunteer opportunities at the hospital. Current high school students and eighth graders who will enter high school in the fall of 2017 are encouraged to apply. Deadline to submit application is May 1, 2017. Interviews are scheduled with the future TAGS volunteer and a parent/guardian. Orientation and two training sessions are required.
Applications are available in the hospital’s Volunteer Services office, by calling 815.756.1521 ext. 153373 or by emailing sbrotcke@kishhealth.org. Free volunteer teen hospital workers, it can’t hurt , the registered nurses give out the wrong medications to the patiences so maybe the teens will get it right…
