Kick off the new year with the necessary support to improve your health and wellness in 2015: The NIU FIT Program invites the campus to join its Mid-Winter Meltdown.
The Mid-Winter Meltdown is an exercise, nutrition and weight management program available to NIU faculty, staff and the university community through membership in the NIU FIT Program.
Membership in FIT includes access to fitness center facilities in both Anderson Hall and Gabel Hall, access to a variety of group exercise classes, use of Anderson Pool and free fitness assessments and exercise prescription.
FIT will be holding walk-in registration from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, through Friday, Jan. 9, in Room 125 or Anderson Hall. Prospective members can try FIT for FREE for one-week, anytime.
