Man Pulls out Shotgun on Repossession Company

On January 30th, at approximately 5:43pm, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office was called to 8365 Twombly Rd. by a repossession company that was reporting the vehicle owner had pulled a shotgun on them and pointed it at them. They still removed the vehicle from the residence and were waiting near by.

Deputies made contact with the offender, Michael L. Hobson, DOB 5/23/73, and he was placed under arrest without incident.

The statements regarding the conduct of any person identified above are allegations until affirmatively proven in Court.  All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
