The bands at Garland Fest are a perfect mix of music for laid back listeners and dance enthusiasts alike. The Couch Coins play cover songs spanning genres and generations from the ‘70s to current artists. Johnny & The Boomers are a five-piece powerhouse specializing in Chicago-style blues with a little rock n’ roll sprinkled in.
This is a family-friendly event with games for both children and adults. Get a hole-in-one on the hand-crafted putt-putt golf course, try your luck on giant Jenga, show off your artistic side with sidewalk chalk squares, make ooey gooey s’mores, snap a photo next to an antique truck decorated by professional floral designer Willrett Flower Co., toss your way to a championship in the bags tournament, and shop for local art.
