I have been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2014. I have over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. I am experienced in teaching beginners, those with limitations, as well as experienced yogis. I teach a wide variety of poses and I like to focus on alignment and breath. To me, yoga is much more than just “exercise” and I strive to honor the true spirit of yoga in every class, in every moment.I teach Yoga and Meditation, as well as Chair and Prenatal Yoga. I am also available for private sessions.
