Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) will continue the Hazardous Household Waste (HHW) home collection services in 2020. Collections for HHW will occur during the months listed below. Residents must submit their requests before the deadlines listed below to ensure a scheduled pickup.
Residents may submit a request online at https://www.lrsrecycles.com/household-hazardous- waste/ or by dialing 815-770-7550. Collection time and date will be scheduled within 48 hours of the initial request, excluding weekends and holidays. Instructions on packaging and material placement will be provided via the method of contact chosen during your initial request for the HHW collection service.
