KishHealth System, part of Northwestern Medicine, is pleased to announce 17 new employment openings for certified nursing assistants (CNA) at Kishwaukee Hospital. These new CNA positions are not due to any turnover or replacement of teams, but were created to increase patient satisfaction and specifically to have a more efficient ratio of CNA to patients on the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry/Pediatrics units.
Required education, training, and qualifications include: graduation from an accepted nursing assistant course or current enrollment in an accepted school of nursing with completion of the fundamentals of nursing coursework; unless currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accepted registered nurse or licensed practical nurse educational program, certification as a nursing assistant through the Illinois Department of Public Health is required for all nursing assistants. Job description and requirements are available on the website.
Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply online at www.kishhealth.org/careers.
