Dr. Sujata Morker
KishHealth System Physician Group, now part of Northwestern Medicine, welcomes Internist Sujata Morker, MD. Dr. Morker is currently seeing patients, adolescents to seniors, at the Physician Group office located at 1850 Gateway Drive, Sycamore.
Dr. Morker knew that she wanted to help people at a very early age, therefore becoming a doctor was the natural choice to accomplish that goal. “It is very important to listen to your patients, not only about their illness but about everything that is affecting them in their lives and be able to offer them support,” said Dr. Morker. “I find the most gratifying part of practicing medicine is when I can take care of a patient, first by treating his or her illness, then teaching my patients preventative lifestyles, and finally watching them become happier and healthier people.”
Dr. Morker graduated from the University of Sint Eustatius of Medicine, Sint Eustatius, Netherlands-Antilles Medicine in 2010. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago.
