Bhavisha Patel, MD
KishHealth System Physician Group, now part of Northwestern Medicine, welcomes Bhavisha Patel, MD, allergist and immunologist. She will begin seeing patients at KishHealth System Physician Group office located at 1850 Gateway Dr., Sycamore, beginning on Aug. 8.
Dr. Patel enjoys being able to form relationships with her patients, which is part of what inspired her to practice medicine. “The patient’s needs come first, when you use that motto in practicing medicine, it serves the patient very well,” stated Dr. Patel. “I treat many conditions including asthma, food and drug allergies, and other disorders of the immune system. There are so many things to see, that is what keeps it exciting.”
Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in 2011 and completed post graduate training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. as an Allergy/Immunology Fellow. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and is board certified in Internal Medicine.
