The Haunting: Jonamac Orchard will be holding their Haunted Corn Maze for 9 nights this year starting this Friday, October 4th. It will be open October 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 25 and 26. It will begin each night at dark and end at 10:30 PM, (9:30 PM on the one Sunday, October 13th). The Haunted Corn Maze admission will be $10 for adults and $8 for kids 6 to 12.
Flashlights will not be allowed in the Haunted Maze, only glowsticks or pen lights. In the event of rain they will be closed for the evening. The Corn Maze is also open during the days from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday – Sunday, Oct. 4 – Oct. 27, 2013.
This weekend is the Annual Antique Farm Equipment Show featuring working equipment from decades ago. Pony rides will be available Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday there will be live music by the Wooden Rockers Band from Noon to 4 PM.
Jonamac’s 10 acre Pumpkin Patch is now open and has thousands of pumpkins of different shapes and sizes to make sure you and your family can find just the right “pick of the patch”. They also offer free hayrides to and from the patch on weekends, as well as wagons and wheelbarrows to help haul your prize picks back to the store and check-out huts. All pumpkins in the patch are 2 for $10 (minimum purchase $10). They also have pumpkins available for purchase in the store if you don’t want to make the trek to the patch, those are priced by size.
