Outdoor movies are all the rage lately and DeKalb County has quite a few going on this weekend. As we published earlier, the movie Frozen will be shown outdoors this Friday night August 1, 2014, at the Huskie Stadium.
Also this Friday night, is the Sandwich Music and Movie Night. Enjoy music, movies, and more at the Sandwich Park District’s party in the park held at James Knights Park (1001 N. Latham, Sandwich). Call your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors, this will be a fun night! Music will be by The Wave Runners (Beach Party Music) and the movie will be Surf’s Up. Concessions will be available at 6pm by Boy Scout Troop 45. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and secure a spot while having a family dinner. More information here.
Movies on Main Street Genoa will be held on Saturday night, August 2nd, beginning at 8pm in downtown Genoa. They will be showing The Lego Movie. Dairy Dog’s in Sycamore will be having it’s weekly summer Outdoor Movie Night this Sunday, August 3rd. This week’s movie is Frozen. Movie starts at 830pm, come early and get dinner and ice cream for the movie! Get the family and get outside this weekend and watch a movie, there are plenty to choose from!
