Whether you prefer to call and text or you are a technology enthusiast who wants all the bells and whistles of a power-packed smartphone, U.S. Cellular encourages customers to visit its new location in DeKalb this Tuesday, Jan. 22nd, at 2442 Sycamore Rd. (in the same shopping center as the new Ross store). To help celebrate the store’s opening, Terry Broadhurst from the Rockford IceHogs, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks, will help cut the ribbon and sign autographs. The event will take place from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22nd, and attendees will be eligible to win an in-store raffle to receive tickets to see the Rockford IceHogs in action, a team-autographed mini stick and other cool IceHogs items.
“At U.S. Cellular we treat our customers like neighbors not numbers and our stores are designed with them in mind,” said Lamart Clay, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in Central and Western Illinois. “We are committed to delivering products and services that simplify and enhance our customers’ daily lives, and our associates are always eager to help.”
The store is open from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday and 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday. For more information, contact the store at 815-756-2747.
