There will be a meeting on Wednesday, March 27 at 6:00 p.m. at Fanatico’s, 1215 Blackhawk Drive in DeKalb, IL for anyone who lives or has lived in a Hunter Properties managed residence.
This meeting is being held by the newly-formed Hunter Properties Tenant Association and will have an open floor for everyone to speak. They want as many people as possible to speak about what they want from Hunter Properties as a landlord. Time for each person will be limited so the meeting doesn’t last all night.
There will also be an attorney, Joe Lovelace, in attendance to inform attendees about their rights as tenants.
DeKalb City Manager, Bill Nicklas, will also be there to hear tenant complaints and go over what the City has been doing to address the issues with Hunter Properties.
If you have any questions, you can message Halle Boddy on Facebook.
