This Saturday January 27th Hope Haven will hold its annual “Hoedown for the Homeless” at St. Mary’s Memorial Hall, 322 Waterman Street in Sycamore. The event will start at 6:30 pm with a live acoustic set by the country western Ethan Bell Band then the full band will jam from 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm. You will enjoy a full chuck wagon meal with all of the fixin’s then you can roast your own marshmallows at the s’more bar.
As always, they will have an amazing silent auction with a private donor matching every
dollar raised through the auction. There will also be a wine grab and 50/50 raffle. Don’t
leave the night before capturing your hoedown memory at the Kyler photography photo
booth.
Tickets are $40.00 in advance and $50.00 at the door. Tickets can be purchased through
Hope Haven’s website at hopehavendekalb.com or at Tom & Jerrys in Sycamore. All
proceeds will benefit programs and services provided by Hope Haven to the homeless from
DeKalb County.
