Sure, over a campfire is the time-honored way of making a S’more, but the deliciousness doesn’t have to stop just because the camping trip is over. If you’re grilling for dinner, just keep the grill lit a little while longer and make the ultimate Summertime treat at home.
Making S’mores at home is as simple as 1-2-3. You’ll need:
- Individual pieces of aluminum foil, enough for each assembled S’more to be individually wrapped
- Graham crackers (plain, chocolate or honey-flavored)
- Milk or dark chocolate candy bars
- Large marshmallows
How to Make Them:
- Preheat the grill to medium-heat
- Break a graham cracker in half and place it on a piece of foil. Place a piece of chocolate on the graham cracker then top it with a marshmallow. Place the other half of the graham cracker on top and wrap lightly in foil.
- Place each wrapped S’more on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes or until marshmallow is melted.
Carefully unwrap the S’mores – they might hot – and voila! The ultimate Summertime treat at home on the grill.
