GRASSROOTS OUTDOOR COMMUNITY MARKET We are so happy to announce that we will be hosting our first ever Outdoor Community Market. A diverse mix of local farmers, artisans, artists and crafters will be selling their goods at the market. The wide range of goods available for purchase will include fresh locally grown produce, meats, eggs, honey, baked goods, oils, soaps, hand-sewn goods, handmade wood goods, handmade glass goods, and so much more! Our two areas of emphasis are LOCAL and HEALTH. We’ll have a good selection of organic, gluten free, vegan, and natural goods. Demos and entertainment will also be part of our market. And of course we will be open to provide fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, teas, soups, salads and wraps. Location: Grassroots parking lot, 2180 Oakland Drive, south side of Hyvee, right on Sycamore-DeKalb border When: 2nd and 4th Sundays starting May 22 (Exact dates: 5/22, 6/12, 6/26, 7/10, 7/24, 8/14, 8/28, 9/11, 9/25, and 10/9) Time: 9am-1pm We really want to emphasize that this is a COMMUNITY market.
