June 28 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: Sycamore Library
Join Oaken Acres wildlife rehabber Aimee to learn about local wildlife in DeKalb County, wildlife rehabilitation and how the public can get involved and help. Meet special guests Buzz, a turkey vulture and Mouse, an American Kestrel.
This event will take place in the garden, on the North side of the building across from the courthouse. Masks will not be needed for any ages outdoors. Advance registration is required to attend this program.
In the event of inclement weather, we will move the program into the Youth Services Department and masks will be required for all participants ages 2-11. Since we will be in a more confined space indoors, we respectfully request that adults attending wear a mask, particularly those who are unvaccinated.
Register on Sycamore Library’s Eventbrite page now! This outdoor program is geared towards all ages!
